Filling out the information below will not create an attorney/client relationship, because of this you should not provide confidential information. If you do provide confidential information through the form below it may not be protected. The consultation will not retain our firm for any other purpose and you will not be considered a client for any future matters unless we mutually agree to representation going forward. The consultation fee is $150 to be paid on the date of the consultation and will be applied to any fees should we mutually agree to representation.
